PRIVACY POLICY FOR THE PADDIA/CADDIA questionnaire

The personal information you enter in this registration form won’t be shared to third parties except the one needed for this project, and will be used for this survey only.

Personal information (name and e-mail address) will be collected to create your user account.

Your personal information is collected in order to send you a link to the survey and to send you a reminder as necessary.

Your personal information will be stored as long as the survey is available to be completed, which is approximately six months from the start of the survey. After that time, your personal information will be deleted.
